In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on the ug288 platform. Creating an account, depositing funds, or placing bets while under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. ug288 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
2.2 Residency. ug288 primarily targets players who are residents or citizens of Indonesia. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable law, statute, or regulation binding on you personally.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
2.4 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not eligible to register or hold an account on ug288:
2.5 Single Account. Each eligible individual may register and maintain exactly one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts simultaneously, whether under the same or different identities, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money products on ug288, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address and/or mobile phone number.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to provide truthful information at the time of registration and to keep your account details current. ug288 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player, including failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect bank account details or e-wallet identifiers.
3.3 Account Credentials. Upon registration, you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You must notify ug288 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
3.4 Account Security. ug288 strongly recommends enabling any available two-factor authentication (2FA) features. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ug288 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.
4.1 Verification Requirement. ug288 is required to conduct identity verification on all Accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests and may conduct verification at any earlier stage at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until documentation is provided and accepted.
4.2 Required Documents. ug288 may request the following documents as part of its KYC process:

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ug288 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following IDR-denominated channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional methods may be made available or removed at ug288's discretion without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of each transaction. ug288 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to the Player Balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are credited within fifteen (15) minutes during standard banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). ug288 is not liable for delays caused by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Accounts are processed within sixty (60) minutes during operating hours. Requests submitted outside operating hours will be processed at the start of the next operating window. ug288 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger internal risk thresholds, which may extend processing times.
5.5 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent deposit, unless ug288 expressly approves an alternative method following a verified support request. Withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or payment methods not associated with the registered Account holder are prohibited.
5.6 Currency. All Player Balances, Bonus Balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on the Platform are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ug288 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, if your bank or e-wallet provider applies conversion fees for any reason, ug288 bears no liability for such charges.
5.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is classified as dormant. ug288 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of Rp 50.000 per month to dormant accounts with a remaining Player Balance. The Player will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after twelve months of inactivity may be closed.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional credits offered by ug288 are subject to this clause and any additional offer-specific terms disclosed at the point of promotion. In the event of a conflict between this clause and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, time limit, and minimum odds (for sportsbook bonuses) are stated in the individual promotion terms. Placing bets on certain game categories — including but not limited to certain table games and specific jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. ug288 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using arbitrage betting or low-variance gaming strategies to exploit bonus terms; colluding with other players to guarantee bonus turnover outcomes; and using automated software to place bets. Any Player found engaging in bonus abuse may have their Account suspended, their Bonus Balance forfeited, and winnings derived from bonus funds voided.
6.4 Promotional Eligibility. ug288 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion. Not all promotions are available to all Players. Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day, and other calendar events — may be available for a limited time only and may be subject to geographic or account-tier restrictions.
6.5 Cancellation of Bonuses. A Player may request to cancel or opt out of an active bonus at any time via the Account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, any Bonus Balance and associated winnings will be removed from the Account. Any real-money Player Balance that was segregated pending bonus completion will be restored.
7.1 Sportsbook. 7.2 Casino Games. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are available upon request from support.

7.5 Bet Cancellation. Once a bet has been confirmed and a reference number issued, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. ug288 reserves the right to void bets in the event of manifest pricing errors, system malfunctions, or events outside ug288's reasonable control (force majeure), in which case the staked amount will be returned to the Player Balance.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ug288 platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of Player Balance and Bonus Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:
9.1 Ownership. All intellectual property rights in the ug288 platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, databases, brand name, logo, trademarks, text content, graphics, and audio-visual elements — are owned by or licensed to ug288. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any intellectual property right to the Player.
9.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only, strictly in accordance with this Agreement. Any commercial use, redistribution, reproduction, or modification of Platform content without ug288's prior written consent is prohibited.
9.3 Third-Party Content. Certain game content, odds data, live streaming, and payment interfaces on the Platform are provided by licensed third-party vendors. Those vendors retain all intellectual property rights in their respective content. ug288 makes no representation regarding the intellectual property status of third-party content beyond what is expressly communicated by those vendors.
10.1 Privacy Policy. The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by ug288 is governed by the ug288 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
10.2 Data Use. ug288 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. Data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
10.3 Communication. By registering an Account, you consent to receive transactional communications (deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts) via email and SMS. Promotional communications are subject to your communication preferences, which may be updated at any time in your Account settings.
11.1 Platform Availability. ug288 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ug288 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ug288's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to ug288 in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ug288 expressly excludes liability for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses.
11.3 Gambling Risk. Online gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited and that ug288 bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through normal, fair use of the Platform. ug288 strongly encourages Players to use the responsible gaming tools available in their Account settings and to gamble only within their financial means.
11.4 Third-Party Services. ug288 is not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, or service interruptions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or data feed suppliers. Any dispute arising from a third-party service failure should first be directed to the relevant third-party provider.
12.1 Voluntary Closure. A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the ug288 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any confirmed real-money Player Balance (net of any outstanding Bonus Balance subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method within five (5) business days.
12.2 ug288-Initiated Suspension. ug288 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to an Account at any time, with immediate effect and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Account is being used in breach of this Agreement, including but not limited to: suspected fraud; incomplete or failed KYC; suspected money laundering; bonus abuse; or operation of duplicate accounts.
12.3 Permanent Closure and Forfeiture. In cases of confirmed material breach — including fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or identity misrepresentation — ug288 reserves the right to permanently close the Account and, where legally permissible, to forfeit the Player Balance. ug288 will provide written notification of the grounds for permanent closure unless doing so would prejudice an ongoing investigation.
12.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently through the Account settings or by contacting support. 13.1 Applicable Law. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ug288 holds its international gaming licence. ug288 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and applies the regulatory standards required by that licence to all aspects of its operations, including player protection, anti-money-laundering compliance, and fair play certification.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the ug288 internal complaints procedure. Players should submit a written complaint to [email protected], clearly setting out the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. ug288 will respond in writing within five (5) business days.
13.3 Indonesian Legal Context. ug288 acknowledges that the legal framework governing online gambling in Indonesia is complex and continues to evolve. ug288 does not represent itself as holding a licence issued by any Indonesian government body. Players are personally responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is consistent with any laws and regulations applicable to them in their jurisdiction.
13.4 Language. This Agreement is drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.
14.1 Right to Amend. ug288 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of this Agreement will always be accessible at https://ug288.bet/terms-conditions, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
14.2 Notification of Material Changes. Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially affect Players' rights or obligations — ug288 will notify registered Players by email at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
14.3 Right to Reject Amendments. If you do not agree with any material amendment to this Agreement, you have the right to close your Account and withdraw your Player Balance before the amended terms take effect, by contacting support prior to the stated effective date.
